Responsibilities

• Track district sales performance and budget attainment.
• Provide cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Finance and other BUs.
• Screen, interview, and hire district-level sales staff.
• Coach and develop district teams to meet objectives and standards.
• Conduct district meetings and share best practices across teams
