Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Master’s degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead district teams to maximize performance and achieve sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for district roles.
• Provide coaching and development to drive team performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and other BUs.
• Coordinate district sales meetings and share best practices.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to meet objectives.
