Job summary

Amgen is hiring a District Sales Manager to serve as the liaison to medical professionals, providing clinical knowledge of Amgen products and supporting a robust, differentiated oncology and rare disease pipeline. You will collaborate with District Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Corporate Account Managers to drive sales performance and deliver on our commitment to patients.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include diverse degrees or 12+ years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Managerial experience directing teams, projects or resources is required.
• Experience in biologics or buy-and-bill models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to customers by providing clinical knowledge of products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with District Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Corporate Account Managers.
• Lead district teams to achieve sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for sales roles.
• Provide coaching and conduct annual performance reviews.
