Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of Sales/Marketing experience OR Master’s with 6+ years OR Bachelor’s with 8+ years OR Associate’s with 10+ years, AND 2 years of managerial experience
• Three+ years of specialty sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in biologics (preferred)
• Ability to coach and develop teams and allocate resources effectively

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead district teams to maximize performance and meet sales targets
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for district roles
• Conduct district sales meetings and share best practices across districts
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to align with district objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and other Business Units
