Job summary

Remote role with up to 30% travel; requires a 4+ year background in customer service within biotech/healthcare or sales, plus Salesforce proficiency and HIPAA familiarity. Salary is $67,280–$84,100 with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years in customer service in biotech/healthcare or sales.
• Residence within 50 miles of workload center.

Responsibilities

• Partner with large clients to educate and operationalize FMI services.
• Collaborate internally to enhance account support.
• Monitor client activity for service improvements.
• Identify operational issues and strategize process enhancements to sustain and grow accounts.
• Managing client documentation and providing technology support.
• Maintaining proactive communication.
