Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical or business fields.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma, radiopharmaceutical CRM experience of 1–2 years.
• Strong organizational, logistics, and communication skills.
• Understanding of PET imaging and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily dose supply.
• Coordinating logistics with manufacturing facilities and logistics partners.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Liaising among internal teams and customers to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to address delivery variations.
