Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience with SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL querying and relational schemas.
• Hands-on Databricks and Apache Spark experience, preferably PySpark.
• Foundational Python or R for analysis and ML workflows.
• Experience with Power BI reports, datasets, and DAX fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive actionable insights.
• Serve as point of contact for data usage across multiple projects and guide partners on performance and maturity options.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights around operations and project data.
• Develop and implement new metrics and scripts as KPIs as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for data sources, transformations, and methodologies.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks with Spark/PySpark for scalable processing.
• Create dashboards and analytical products using Power BI.
