Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years in quantitative science or related discipline.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong SQL/TSQL and relational schema knowledge.
• Hands-on Databricks and Spark experience, PySpark preferred.
• Foundational Python or R for analysis and ML workflows.
• Understanding ETL/ELT and data quality checks.
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Basic NLP and Large Language Models familiarity.
• Ability to translate mission needs into data outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data for insights.
• Serve as point of contact for data usage across projects and guide on performance.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for operations.
• Develop metrics, functions, and scripts as KPIs as needed.
• Design ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks with Spark/PySpark.
• Create dashboards and analytical products using Power BI.
• Support low-code solutions via Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Document data sources, transformations, and methodologies.
• Contribute to team communication and strategy through meetings and reports.
• Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources for readiness analytics.
