MAXIMUS is seeking a data analytics professional to develop advanced methods for analyzing operational data and delivering actionable insights for stakeholders. You will act as a central data resource across projects, guiding partners on product performance and solution maturity.

The role involves building ETL/ELT pipelines with SQL Server and Databricks, crafting KPI-driven analyses, and producing Power BI dashboards. Collaboration with teams and ongoing learning of new tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Proficiency with SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL.
• Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark, preferably PySpark.
• Foundational programming skills in Python or R.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT and data modeling basics.
• Experience building Power BI reports and semantic models.

Responsibilities
