You will serve as the primary data contact on multiple projects, guiding improvements and maturity options for solutions.

The role emphasizes ETL/ELT pipeline development with SQL Server and Databricks, and applying ML techniques to generate forecasts and readiness analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL Server / SQL / T-SQL proficiency and data modeling basics.
• Hands-on Databricks and Apache Spark (prefer PySpark) experience.
• Foundational Python or R for analysis, data manipulation, ML workflows.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards with semantic models and DAX.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflows.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data quality checks, reproducible pipelines.
• Understanding NLP and Large Language Models and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy methods to analyze operational data for insights.
• Serve as data/analytical contact across projects and guide stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation of data sources and methods.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks.
• Develop metrics, scripts, and KPI outputs from large datasets.
• Create dashboards and analytical products in Power BI.
• Support low-code integrations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Apply ML and statistical methods to forecasts and readiness analytics.
• Perform project management activities and data acquisitions from sources.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in quantitative science or related field

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)

SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL

Databricks / Apache Spark / PySpark

Python or R for analysis

Power BI experience (reports, datasets, DAX)

Power Apps / Power Automate
