Job summary

Biocon Biologics Limited is seeking a National Accounts Manager for Biosimilars in the South Central Region. This remote role partners with executive leadership to drive strategic accounts, negotiate terms, and expand access across complex healthcare systems in the United States.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in oncology/immunology pharma, strong financial acumen, and proven cross-functional collaboration across field and HQ teams to execute strategic plans and improve patient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum 5 years of experience.
5+ years of oncology/immunology pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong financial and analytical acumen, including evaluating customer economics, pricing, and contracting implications.
Experience with negotiation, bid proposals, and contracting with complex IDNs, including 340B, is desirable.

Responsibilities

Engage C-suite executives and key decision makers to build trusted strategic partnerships and negotiate pricing/terms.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment with field and HQ teams to advance account goals and contract execution.
Develop and present strategic account plans and address barriers to successful product adoption.
