Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years at an electromechanical equipment manufacturer (or 7+ years hands-on in lieu of a degree).
• Hands-on experience with bioprocess equipment and a solid understanding of bioreactor functions and components.
• Customer-facing field service or technical support experience with electromechanical equipment preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally about 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform on site installations, IQ/OQ, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on our bioreactor systems
• Serve as the go to technical liaison for customers, resolving hardware and software issues by phone, email, and on site visits
• Lead configuration of all new bioreactor units
• Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis alongside Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing
• Develop and maintain field service documentation, including procedures, service reports, and work instructions
