Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience with electromechanical equipment manufacturers.
• Hands‑on experience with bioprocess equipment and bioreactor concepts.
• Prior customer-facing field service or technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled on-site services, IQ/OQ, installation, and preventive maintenance with documentation.
• Troubleshoot PBS bioreactor hardware- and software-related issues, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing for root cause and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain field service documentation, training materials, and service reports.
