Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years progressively responsible, directly related technical experience involving electromechanical equipment if no degree.
• Hands-on experience with bioprocess equipment and bioreactor operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services including IQ/OQ, installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Support investigations and feedback processes with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop user requirements and communicate customer feedback to internal teams for product development.
• Develop and maintain field service documentation, reports, and work instructions.
• Provide necessary training for onboarding new Service Engineers.
• Maintain and manage tool sets for bioreactor testing and field services.
• Lead bioreactor configuration for all new units.
