Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of directly related technical experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with bioprocess equipment and bioreactor components.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled on-site services including IQ/OQ, system installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Investigate customer complaints and gather data to identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams.
• Provide training for onboarding new Service Engineers and maintain field service documentation.
• Lead configuration for new bioreactor units and ensure proper documentation and records.
