Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions to lead enterprise-level solution sales across the Americas in bioprocessing.

You will develop regional go-to-market and partnership strategies, expand customer relationships, and drive adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflows involving equipment, automation, PAT, and consumables, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical or biotech sales/business development.
• Proven success in complex enterprise solution sales.
• Strong understanding of bioprocessing operations, GMP environments, and automation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic plans.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Identify complex solution opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from technical proposal to deal closure.
• Engage with customer executives.
• Translate market trends into actionable solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution and adoption.
• Track opportunities and forecasts in SFDC and drive growth.
