Scorpion Therapeutics, Senior Director, Integrated Solutions - Commercial Leader, is responsible for driving global growth through enterprise-level bioprocessing solutions in the biopharmaceutical industry. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 12+ years in biopharma or biotech sales with enterprise solution experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations, GMP environments, and automation.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Lead and develop a regional sales team.
• Foster strategic partnerships and promote adoption of integrated workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
