12+ years of commercial biotech/biopharma sales experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
Deep knowledge of bioprocessing, GMP, automation, and solution sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for bioprocessing solutions.
Lead and coach regional Business Development Managers.
Build partner relationships and drive adoption of integrated workflows across equipment, automation, PAT, and consumables.
Achieve bookings, revenue and profitability targets while fostering customer relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and senior leadership.
