Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions - Commercial Leader to drive global growth of bioprocessing solutions within the biopharmaceutical sector. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and lead regional Business Development Managers while building strategic partnerships.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations, monitor KPIs, and guide strategic account planning, negotiations, and customer success initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 12+ years of progressive sales experience in biotech or biopharma.
- At least 3 years in leadership roles managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of bioprocessing, GMP, automation, and process development.
- Skills in executive communication, negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for integrated bioprocessing solutions.
- Lead and develop regional Business Development Managers and build strategic partnerships.
- Drive adoption of integrated workflows across equipment, automation, PAT, and services.
- Monitor KPIs and support strategic account planning, negotiations, and customer success initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations to grow revenue and market presence.
