The role requires deep bioprocessing expertise, 12+ years in biopharma sales, and proven leadership in matrixed environments with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel up to 50% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or biotech required.
• 12+ years in biopharma sales and solution selling with demonstrated leadership.
• Deep understanding of bioprocessing including development, manufacturing, automation, and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for integrated bioprocessing solutions.
• Lead and develop regional Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Foster strategic partnerships and drive executive-level engagements.
• Support complex solution sales and ensure customer success; monitor KPIs and forecasts.
