Job summary

Repligen seeks a motivated Technical Support Engineer I to join the Service team in the United States. You will provide technical support to customers, Field Service Engineers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders using Repligen bioprocessing products and technologies.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and process-related inquiries, document technical cases in Salesforce, and collaborate across teams to drive issues toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Proficiency with technical equipment, instrumentation, or software and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal teams via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, process, and system-related inquiries.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Repligen’s product portfolio and bioprocessing technologies.
• Capture issues, gather technical information, and provide clear updates to customers.
• Analyze and diagnose issues, propose next steps, and guide teams toward resolution.
• Manage technical support cases in Salesforce with thorough documentation.
• Create and update troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and others to resolve issues.
