• Strong digital acumen with interest in AI to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations with top targets.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand health care delivery systems, including physician hierarchy and pharmacy staff.
• Develop product and competitor knowledge; analyze local market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy.
• Participate in training and development programs; leverage AI-driven insights for engagement.
• Adapt to AI/automation tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
