Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Lakewood, OH. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, achieving sales targets, and delivering brand presentations.

You will develop territory plans, understand the health care delivery system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 2+ years pharma or B2B sales experience, and strong communication with digital savvy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience or internship or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate products and disease states.
• Experience exceeding results and working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and top target customers.
• Plan and organize territory coverage.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand healthcare delivery within each customer and key personnel.
• Develop product/market knowledge and competitive insights.
• Analyze local trends to craft strong business plans.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners.
• Manage territory budget and admin tasks.
• Execute brand strategy in defined geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
• Adopt AI/automation technologies to improve productivity.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
