Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for the Canton, OH area. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and prioritised stakeholders, while achieving territory sales goals through an integrated business plan.

The PSR will leverage product knowledge, navigate the healthcare system, and utilize digital tools to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required; Life sciences preferred.
Business-to-business sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
Ability to identify key decision makers, develop relationships and influence prescribing habits.
Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
Familiarity with digital engagement tools and AI-based insights a plus.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
Identify key influencers and engage top target customers.
Plan activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
Develop understanding of healthcare delivery networks and key personnel.
Collaborate with brand team and support partners to drive customer experience.
Manage territory budget and administer sales activities.
Leverage AI-driven insights to personalize provider interactions and improve outcomes.
