Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (mechanical, electrical, or construction).
• 4-9 years on large, complex projects, preferably biotech/pharma.
• Experience as owner’s representative on large projects.
• Knowledge of cGMP compliance is a plus.
• Experience on multi-employer sites and coordinating teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects (lab/office or cGMP).
• Manage multi-employer sites and coordinate design through commissioning.
• Write commissioning strategy and protocols for large projects.
• Review technical submissions from Architects, Engineers, Systems Integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure safety documents and procedures meet standards and project goals.
• Schedule commissioning activities with teams to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Oversee sub-contractor teams for start‑up and commissioning of equipment.
• Coordinate procurement, receipt, and relocation of equipment on site.
