Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to join our biomanufacturing operations in the United States. The role performs packaging operations, in‑process monitoring, line clearances, and quality checks in a cGMP setting, under supervision.

Responsibilities include equipment start‑up, data entry on SCADA/HMI, and routine maintenance of batch records. Minimum qualifications include experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records and work instructions.
• Accurate documentation and data entry, including batch records and logbooks.
• Follows written procedures with minimal supervision and escalates issues as needed.
• Familiarity with SAP or WES for inventory control and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor status to ensure smooth product flow.
• Perform in‑process monitoring, line clearances and cosmetic inspection.
• Perform cleaning and line clearance in a cGMP environment.
• Complete batch records and related GMP documentation accurately.
• Assist with inventory control using SAP and WES and support lean activities.
