Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business to business sales experience or internship and/or 2+ years pharma experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a planned business strategy.
• Identify influencers and meet expectations with top target customers.
• Plan activities for regular territory coverage per action plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the healthcare delivery system and physician hierarchy.
• Analyze local trends to craft a robust product business plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities; complete admin tasks.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area and participate in training.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalise interactions.
