Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or sales internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Adaptable and collaborative with digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a shared business plan.
• Identify key influencers and manage top target customers.
• Plan territory coverage and activities to ensure consistent engagement.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Understand the health care delivery system and key personnel.
• Analyze local trends to inform product business planning.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
• Stay compliant with all policies and procedures.
