Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist for a remote engagement role supporting biopharma clients. You will engage health care professionals by phone to promote products and loyalty programs, build relationships and drive platform participation across assigned regions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in B2B or inside sales, with the ability to cover multiple time zones and travel if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals via telephone to promote product offerings and loyalty platform.
• Build relationships with clients to maximize platform awareness and product adoption.
• Manage daily call activity to meet defined KPIs and program goals.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts, delivering value-added benefits.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Prepare reports for management as required.
• Collaborate with client field teams and Amplity staff to optimize coverage.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of client products, programs, and platforms.
