Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) for remote engagement within the United States. This full-time role focuses on engaging health care professionals via telephone to promote client products and drive platform participation, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Required
• 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers using selling, listening and negotiation skills and approved messaging
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals
• Maintain call productivity and metrics
• Achieve quarterly client KPIs
• Promote client products via telephone to assigned targets
• Maintain knowledge of client products, programs and platforms
• Complete required data entry in Amplity/Client CRM systems
• Collaborate with client field sales teams to plan account coverage
• Prepare management reports as needed
• Comply with laws, regulations and Amplity policies
• Attend teleconferences and trainings and represent clients at events
• Other projects as assigned
