Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Remote Engagement. This full-time role involves engaging Health Care Professionals by phone to promote client products, grow platform awareness, and meet program objectives.

The BDS will collaborate with client field teams and may include on-site visits for in-services. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales or relevant business experience, with travel flexibility and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers using selling, listening and negotiation skills with approved messaging.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and grow platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to deliver value and drive participation.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Prepare reports for management and maintain data in CRM systems.
