Amplity seeks a Business Development Specialist to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promoting client products and platform participation. You’ll build relationships, educate on features and benefits, and collaborate with client teams to meet KPIs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers using selling, listening and negotiation skills.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and meet program KPIs.
• Promote client products via telephone and engage targets to achieve goals.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, program and platforms.
