Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement in the United States. You will engage healthcare professionals by phone to promote client products, maximize platform participation, and help meet program goals.

The role requires 2+ years of sales or business experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with client teams, maintain CRM data, and participate in meetings and trainings as needed to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successful completion of Amplity and client training.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals by phone to promote client products and maximize platform participation.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform exposure.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain data entry and CRM records for program metrics.
• Prepare reports for management as needed.
• Collaborate with client field teams to plan account coverage.
• Represent the client at meetings and training sessions.
