Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in Central California, including Fresno, Los Angeles, San Jose, Bakersfield, and San Francisco. You will expand market share by leading contracting strategies and promoting our biopharma portfolio to hospitals, IDNs, and clinics, while building strong relationships with payers and decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science preferred.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of results.
• Experience with Biopharma and/or Immunology or Oncology preferred.
• Medical Benefit buy & bill experience and contracting process understanding preferred.
• Experience calling on Oncology/Immunology offices, IDNs or Hospitals up to C‑Suite level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Execute account management and consultative selling to grow the biopharma portfolio.
• Manage contracting strategy and execution with key customers (Hospitals, IDNs, clinics).
• Increase access to key decision makers within the territory.
• Launch new products and programs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and market access teams.
