Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across the northern Texas territory, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Frisco, and surrounding areas.

You will implement commercial and contracting strategies to promote Fresenius Kabi's Biopharma portfolio to targeted accounts and decision makers, building strong relationships and communicating value in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science preferred.
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven results.
• 2+ years in Biopharma/Immunology/Oncology or related fields preferred.
• Experience with Medical Benefit buy & bill and contracting processes.
• Experience calling on Hospitals, IDNs, and C-Suite level accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new opportunities.
• Apply consultative selling, clinical expertise, and value proposition to grow business.
• Lead contracting strategy and execution with key customers and accounts.
• Expand access by engaging with decision makers across the geography.
• Launch new products and programs to drive market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, market access) to maximize impact.
• Demonstrate clinical, reimbursement, and financial acumen to meet needs.
