Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks an Account Manager to drive growth in Central California by expanding market share and product volume through effective commercial and contracting strategies.

The role focuses on optimizing access to promote our Biopharma portfolio to hospitals and decision makers, building strong customer relationships, and conveying the value of our offerings in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or science preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience within Biopharma/Immunology or Oncology preferred.
• Understanding of access, reimbursement, and contracting is desired.
• Experience selling to Hospitals, IDNs, and physician offices; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Use consultative selling and clinical expertise to grow business and support biopharma portfolio.
• Lead contracting strategy and execution with key customers, hospitals, IDNs, and clinics.
• Develop access with decision makers to optimize payer strategies and coverage.
• Launch new products and programs in the territory.
