Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in the Central California territory, covering Los Angeles, San Jose, Fresno, Bakersfield, and San Francisco. You will promote our biopharma portfolio to key decision makers and optimize contracting strategies to expand access.

The role requires a 3–5 year pharma sales track record, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel. A base salary of $120k–$135k with quarterly commissions and a company car are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science required.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience and relationships within Biopharma/Immunology or Oncology preferred.
• Understanding of medical benefit contracting and reimbursement preferred.
• Experience calling on Oncology/Immunology offices, Hospitals, IDNs, and academic centers up to the C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new opportunities.
• Execute account management and consultative selling to promote Biopharma portfolio.
• Lead contracting strategy and pull-through with key customers (Hospitals, IDNs, clinics).
• Expand access to decision makers within the geography.
• Launch new products and programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, market access).
• Enhance Fresenius Kabi credibility and patient care via approved resources.
• Apply product knowledge and sales skills to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong organization to maximize opportunities and deliver presentations.
• Travel as needed to perform duties; maintain credentialing requirements.
