The role requires English proficiency, ability to stand for shifts, and completion of biometrics training within 60 days. This position offers part-time hours (~30 per week) at a government facility in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. US citizenship is required for credentials at this location.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and certification within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all entrants are approved applicants and visitors while providing crowd control and assisting staff in enforcing ASC rules and policies.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within processing times.
• Screen applicants for valid appointment notices and identification for entry.
• Utilize crowd control barriers to ensure safe, organized facility entry.
• Visually inspect applicants and belongings; may screen in health crises per customer requirements.
• Conduct periodic facility checks and report concerns to the Site Supervisor.
