Job summary

Amentum seeks a Biometric Technician to support USCIS ASC operations in Charleston, WV. This on-call role handles biometrics registration, crowd control, and customer service tasks for applicants and visitors under the SCA framework.

You will participate in biometrics processing, verify appointments and IDs, and maintain facility security while coordinating with site supervisors and officers. The position is casual and on-call with no fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. US Citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration.
• Ability to take fingerprints and use a computer.
• Biometrics training and certification within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all entrants are approved applicants and visitors while assisting staff and enforcing ASC rules.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing including fingerprints, photos, and signatures.
