Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Provide front-line customer service representing the company and the government.
• Capture fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within processing times.
• Screen applicants for valid appointment notices and identification.
• Manage visitor control and facility checks; assist in emergencies as needed.
• Maintain visitor logs and reconcile biometrics paperwork.
