Job summary

HeiTech Services in Charleston, SC is seeking a PART-TIME Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to assist USCIS ASC applicants by collecting biometric data and guiding them through the immigration process.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required—the position includes paid training. Candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain government clearance, with up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, at the site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicants' hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and adhere to facility processes.
• Provide front-line customer service as HeiTech Services representatives.
• Treat applicants with respect as customers of the USCIS ASC.
