Job summary

HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for USCIS Biometrics Fingerprinting at the ASC. You will guide applicants through the immigration process, collect biometric data, and deliver courteous service in a government environment.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required—paid training is provided. This role requires availability Mon-Fri 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, with up to 30 hours weekly and no guaranteed minimum.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold applicants' hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training within 60 days.
• Ability to type and perform basic computer tasks.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Verify all ASC entrants are approved applicants and visitors while ensuring compliance with facility processes and procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of HeiTech Services, our partner Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
• Interact with the public with a cheerful and respectful demeanor.
