Job summary

Amentum seeks a courteous Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome applicants pursuing legal immigration. You will guide them through biometric capture, verify identities, and help enforce ASC rules, delivering service with respect and care.

Training is provided and hours are 7:45am–4:15pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call scheduling. This casual on-call role offers a pathway to contribute to community service while supporting USCIS operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration and handle fingerprints.
• Complete biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure ASC entrants are approved and manage crowd control and help staff enforce rules.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing (fingerprints, photos, signatures) within processing times.
• Screen applicants with valid appointment notices and IDs for entry.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative duties as needed.
