Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Casual On-Call Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to greet applicants and guide them through biometrics, at the USCIS ASC site in Bartlett, TN. You will provide front-line service, verify identities, and assist staff while ensuring security and courteous treatment of visitors.

The role is hourly, overtime-eligible under the SCA, with benefits including health plans, 401(k), and EAP. Availability Mon-Fri 7:45am-4:15pm is required for coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand and interact with the public.
• Complete biometrics training and become certified within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all ASC entrants are approved and provide crowd control and policy enforcement.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of Amentum and the U.S. government.
• Safeguard PII and maintain visitor control logs and facility checks.
