Zusammenfassung

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist applicants pursuing legal immigration at a USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide them through biometrics, perform identity verification and capture, while upholding security and courtesy for all visitors.

Compensation is $18.85 per hour for a full-time schedule, typically 40 hours weekly, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Aufgaben

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing crowd control and assisting staff.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
• Screen applicants to ensure valid appointment notices and identification.
• Maintain visitor control logs and assist in administrative duties as needed.
