Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to support USCIS Application Support Center operations in Aurora, Colorado. You will greet applicants, guide them through biometric enrollment, and ensure compliance with center rules and privacy requirements.

The role is casual on-call, with five-day availability and specific daily hours. Training is provided; benefits include healthcare options and retirement savings. Compensation is hourly under SCA.

Competenze

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking lawful immigration to the United States.
• Screen applicants entering the facility to ensure they have a valid appointment notice and identification.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Safeguard PII and maintain visitor control logs as needed.
• Assist the Site Supervisor and/or government officers as required.
