Job summary

Hospital Authority in Hong Kong is seeking an Executive Assistant I (Biomedical Technical Assistant) to provide executive support to the cluster biomedical engineering and maintenance management teams. You will handle documentation, reporting, data entry screening, and assist in preparing progress reports for biomedical equipment.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent, with relevant experience in biomedical engineering or related fields, and strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• University graduates with relevant experience, or F.5/S.5 with HKCEE/HKDSE and a diploma in a specialized function, plus relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide cluster technical help desk to support hospital frontline users on biomedical equipment maintenance.
• Provide executive and clerical support to cluster biomedical engineer and maintenance service management team in documentation and reporting.
• Provide support on screening cluster’s data entry and quality assurance of biomedical equipment maintenance data to equipment database in HA.
• Compile data and statistics reports for biomedical equipment.
• Assist in preparing documents and progress report for biomedical equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
