Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of post-secondary electronics/biomedical training or equivalent
• Travel to customer sites approx. 75% of the time
• Strong electronics knowledge with analog/digital circuits and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service: install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair medical systems and equipment
• Train medical staff on equipment use and safety protocols
• Support field escalations and warranty inquiries with customers
• Manage routine and emergency service requests within assigned territory
• Document service events and system updates in internal tools
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Participate in cross-functional projects and event support as needed
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and leadership
