Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree or higher in an applied science or equivalent military training.
• Minimum of three years hospital or healthcare experience performing medical equipment maintenance, with at least one year in medical information systems and networking.
• Knowledge of computer virus protection software, patches, upgrades, information security tools, electronics, computers and network theory.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on networked medical equipment to ensure functionality and extend lifespan.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in medical devices per manufacturer guidelines.
• Carry out incoming inspections to verify safety, functionality and accuracy.
