Job summary

Resilience is hiring for a Manufacturing Technician II to support Formulation operations in a cGMP environment. You will perform start-up, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, and line clearance on a 12-hour rotating shift, collaborating with mechanics and lead technicians to resolve production issues.

The role requires experience in regulated manufacturing, English proficiency, and the ability to read and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing and batch documentation.
• Familiarity with SOPs, cGMP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate start-up and batch execution in a cGMP environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leads to resolve issues.
• Monitor material and supply levels and perform line clearance.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and equipment setup per SOPs.
• Maintain batch records and complete GMP documentation.
• Support lean activities and OEE data tracking.
